Our Overseers

Pastors Dave and Angie Burrows began with Bahamas Faith Ministries as part of the initial founding group that partnered with Dr. Munroe in launching BFM. Pastor Dave and Dr. Munroe met at Oral Roberts University and forged a close relationship that continued until his death in November 2014. The founding group initially consisted of Dr. Munroe, Dr. Richard Pinder and Henry Francis and their wives. It later included Pastor Jay Mullings and several other early leaders of the ministry.

Pastor Dave and Angie served as the first Youth Pastors of BFM helping to pioneer many programs and events both locally and internationally. These events included Youth Alive, Peace on the Streets, Operation Burnout and Talent Jam attracting thousands of youth including many from gangs and troubled backgrounds. They also mentored and coached many young persons to positions of prominence in the Bahamas including Medical Doctors, Politicians, Business and Community Leaders. Pastor Dave also served as one of the founding Vice Presidents of the non profit corporation Bahamas Faith Ministries International and later served as Vice President of Myles Munroe International, a global entity that executed all aspects of Dr. Munroe’s global ministry.

Together, Pastor Dave and Angie have served Bahamas Faith Ministries in many capacities for over 35 years, ascending to the position of Senior Pastors with the passing of Dr. Myles and Ruth Munroe and Dr. Richard Pinder. They have taken the baton and continued the original vision of BFM, building on the initial mandate to “Transform followers into leaders and leaders into agents of change” and spreading the message of the Kingdom throughout the world. Under their leadership, BFM continues to be a local church with a global vision and impact, embracing followers and members from over 50 countries. Pastor Dave and Angie have two children Arri Burrows and Davrielle Burrows.

Lead Pastors

Dr. Raymond and Brook Marie Eneas are a remarkable couple who share a common passion for transforming the lives of those around them. Dr. Eneas currently serves as the Campus Pastor for Bahamas Faith Ministries, International Orlando and Freeport Campuses. He holds a Doctoral degree in Theology from Oral Roberts University with a focus on Kingdom Discipleship and has authored several books on leadership. Additionally, he is the President and Founding CEO of Higher Level Solutions Publishing, a renowned publishing company that has successfully published and branded global clients, including CEOs, pastors, and entrepreneurs.

Brook Marie is an exceptional author, fitness coach, and speaker, with an innate ability to inspire women and girls to pursue their dreams. She holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration from Florida State University and has launched two successful start-ups--Womanhood University and Rock the Stage Fitness. Over the years, she has coached hundreds of women, including high-profile clients from various nations, helping them attain their best physical and mental shape. Brook Marie is also a celebrated author with five books to her name, all of which focus on womanhood.

Together, Raymond and Brook have two amazing sons, Chancellor and Jaiden. They share a love of travel and frequently embark on adventures to explore God's beautiful creation as a family.

associate Pastors

Pastor Michael Eason, Jr., affectionately known as Pastor Mike, serves as the Associate Pastor at the Orlando campus of Bahamas Faith Ministries International (BFMI). With a heart for service and a commitment to empowering others, Pastor Mike is passionate about ministry and helping individuals achieve financial freedom. Holding an MBA in Finance and a certification in accounting, Pastor Mike brings over 15 years of experience in the finance sector. His professional roles have included serving as a division manager for Seminole County Government, being an influential speaker for the Florida Association of Public Procurement Officials, and addressing the Board of County Commissioners regularly.

In addition to his leadership role at BFM Orlando, Pastor Mike serves on the BFM Orlando Board of Directors. As a devoted husband to Children’s Pastor Tenesha Eason and a proud father to Cameron, Pastor Mike is deeply committed to his family. His passion lies in equipping others to advance the Kingdom of God through wise stewardship, generosity, and financial freedom.

Pastor Tenesha Eason has dedicated over nine years to leading the SuperKids Ministry, shaping the next generation of believers with care and devotion. With over 20 years of experience in the educational system, she brings her passion for teaching and learning into every aspect of her ministry.

As the wife of Associate Pastor Michael Eason, Jr. and the proud mother of Cameron, Pastor Tenesha is deeply committed to her family and her faith. She believes that laying a strong spiritual foundation in a child’s life is essential for their growth and development. Pastor Tenesha is passionate about guiding children on their faith journey, inspiring them to build a relationship with God from a young age.
